By completing the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) compliance trainings, reviewing our Code of Conduct and signing an attestation, as a provider partner, you are agreeing to uphold yourself to the same standards as United Physicians International, Inc.
All providers are required to sign and submit a compliance attestation to United Physicians International, Inc. on an annual basis.
